His extensive background includes such varied disciplines as corporate finance, project management, technical development, market analysis and operations research. December 1989 - present Managing Director Infocast Ltd.,CITIBANK NA.; V.P. Citibank: Citibank had acquired a high tech Data Broadcast company, Infocast, Ltd. The company had severe management and product problems. Restructured the company, redirected the hardware and software product development. The first system went live in December 1990, only 11 months after start.
Joined CITIBANK NA in August 1990 as a V.P. and M.D. Infocast Ltd.. Developed low cost data broadcast work station to meet the market needs Conceived a two-way cost effective data broadcast system BEACON, the initial product offering of Infocast Ltd. in Australia, rapidly became one of the principal suppliers of equity information for that country. The success of the project prompted an active interest form Turkey, France, Spain, Portugal and Russia.
February 1989 - December 1989 Director: CMS Management Consulting. Principal Projects: Global America-- an investment banking and venture capital firm. Evaluated new situations. Transport Maintenance Systems-- a firm specializing in Artificial Intelligence systems for use in diagnosis and repair of complex truck systems. Made sales presentations for them and recommended new areas of attack.
1968 - 1988 President/CEO: Computer Transceiver Systems, Inc., Clifton, NJ. Founded CTSI in 1968, directed its development and growth, and presided over its successful reorganization. Developed the initial business case, raised seed capital, conceived and directed development of the product line. Arranged for the initial successful public offering in December 1968 Operated the company profitably for 15 consecutive years. Expanded company sales to Japan and Germany.
